What was the highlight of Hotel Villa Pinciana
As expected with the added bonus of great front desk staff.
Reception staff were some of the best we have met in Italy and we have spent quite few years here by now. Decent sized room. Decor is of course old but we knew that and that is no issue.
Cleaning lady was rude(we asked for late checkout and she knocked on the door 10mins before the asked extended time and pointed at her watch and being grumpy. We literally just came from our wedding and wanted to sleep in to recover a bit. Not very sound proof, cleaning lady starts shouting outside and slamming doors at 08.00 so hard to sleep in regardless.

A great hotel where you are well looked after.
A terrace for guests. Its great in Rome ti sit outside at your hotel. Lots of eateries and a supermarket, metro nearby. A very comfy, clean and quiet hotel. A jacuzzi and steam bath. 24 hour reception and parking. Fantastic staff, helpful even when trying to book taxis for many guests and taxi companies don’t answer.
Great place, no grumps.

the private free parking area. for people who are coming with a car, it is great . the rooms are big clean , big bed
the toilets need a bit more new construction.
